The industrial airport and foreign trade zone are key components as the Authority develops cargo consolidation and distribution services for domestic and foreign customers. Plans for state of the art air cargo facilities and a Federal Inspection Station are underway.  In the near future, there will be groundbreaking of a 350,000 sq. ft. rail-served distribution center being developed by Titan Industries at East Kelly perhaps soon to be known as Kelly Railport, our rail terminal.
