The Hub will
host high-tech, environmentally progressive buildings in an unparalleled
central location. Nowhere else can you find a facility that sits
at the forefront of technology, boasts a diminutive environmental
footprint, and is surrounded by the most sophisticated rail, intermodal,
and highway infrastructure in the county.

The
Hub Builds Green with LEED
The Leadership
in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating
System™ is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design,
construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.
LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing
performance in five key areas of human and environmental health:
sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency,
materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.
The Allen Group
recognizes the importance of environmentally responsible development
and has set a goal to become the most environmentally-friendly industrial
park in North America. The Hub will be home to Texas’ first
industrial building that is LEED Core & Shell Certified —
under construction now and available March 2008.
