Infrastructure Resources
A location that provides and enhances cost-effective distribution is critical to operational efficiency and bottom-line performance. With air, interstate and rail access, the sophisticated multimodal transportation program at Alliance offers instant access to the following infrastructure:
Fort Worth Alliance Airport - The world's first industrial airport features 24 / 7 / 365 operations controlled by the Federal Aviation Administration and twin runways with Category III ILS instrument approach systems that allow all types of commercial transport and corporate aircraft to access global markets. Construction on the runway extension to 13,000 feet is underway. |
| Alliance Intermodal Facility The Alliance Intermodal Yard is the fourth largest Intermodal facility in the BNSF Railway system. It operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week with nearly 13 double-stacked intermodal trains loaded and unloaded every day. It is equipped to take both trailer on flat car (Expedited Trailer/TOFC) and container on flat car (Premium Container/COFC) equipment, moving approximately 600,000 containers and trailers per year. |

Interstate Highway 35W - Extending from Mexico to Canada, the Interstate 35 “Nasco Corridor” bisects Alliance and connects to two state highways within less than five minutes from the development; |
| Rail - Two Class I rail lines, Union Pacific Railroad and BNSF Railway, border the development to the east and west. Rail-served facilities are available from both lines; |
Proximity to DFW Airport - Located within 15 to 20 minutes of DFW Airport, passenger service to anywhere in the world is readily available; and |
Central U.S. Location - Access more domestic destinations in reduced time from a central location; central time zone provides additional hours for conducting business across the nation.
