International Facilities

The 17,000-acre AllianceTexas development provides access to the following state-of-the-art facilities:

Fort Worth Alliance Airport (AFW)  - The world's first industrial airport features 24 / 7 / 365 operations controlled by the Federal Aviation Administration and twin runways with Category III ILS instrument approach systems that allow all types of commercial transport and corporate aircraft to access global markets. Construction on the runway extension to 13,000 feet is underway.
BNSF Railway’s Logistics Park-AllianceTexas - One of the nation's largest intermodal hubs, Logistics Park-AllianceTexas integrates direct rail, intermodal, truck and transload services with distribution and warehousing within close proximity of one another and to one or more blocks of developable land for distribution centers. This creates the density needed to build one train, rather than several gropus of rail cars. Shippers benefit from more reliable and consistent service with a reduction in operational costs.
FedEx Southwest Regional Sort Hub - The facility is the only fully-automated hub in the FedEx system and features late night drops for Alliance customers as well as the ability to "feed" product directly into the system.
Alliance Air Trade Center - With 99,000 SF available in Phase I, this multi-tenant facility offers cross-dock capabilities and direct taxiway access.

U.S. Customs Clearance and Centralized Examination Station - Companies can eliminate additional drayage costs and improve efficiency in the supply chain by utilizing on-site US Customs services at Alliance.
